M+ Museum Ticket
M+ is a museum dedicated to collecting, exhibiting, and interpreting visual art, design and architecture, moving image, and Hong Kong visual culture of the twentieth and twenty-first centuries. In Hong Kong’s West Kowloon Cultural District, it is one of the largest museums of modern and contemporary visual culture in the world, with a bold ambition to establish ourselves as one of the world’s leading cultural institutions. M+ is a new kind of museum that reflects our unique time and place, a museum that builds on Hong Kong’s historic balance of the local and the international to define a distinctive and innovative voice for Asia’s twenty-first century.

- Same-day tickets are available for purchase on-site at M+.
- Maximum 10 tickets for each booking.
- Queuing system will be launched automatically with overloaded traffic. Please enter the ticketing page per instruction and your patience is appreciated.
- To ensure a smooth booking process for all customers, booking selection time is limited to 5 minutes (from entering the ticketing page to press “Book Now”), booking payment time is limited to 15 minutes. Henry Steiner: The Art of Graphic Communication (Opens on 15 June 2024)
Featuring the work of the father of graphic design in Hong Kong, the exhibition celebrates Henry Steiner's (b. 1934) influential graphic language with a selection of some of his most iconic projects tracing the city’s development from the 1960s onwards
Movana Chen: Knitting Conversations
A monumental installation by Hong Kong artist Movana Chen (b. 1974) reflecting on female labour, personal and shared memories, material transformation, and time. Originally conceived as a participatory work, Knitting Conversations was first exhibited in 2013 where audience members were invited to contribute to the work by bringing along a treasured book

‘M+ at Night: Hong Kong Retro-Grooving’
Thinking about the retro aesthetics of Hong Kong evokes different associations for people. Some refer to the lively yet minimalist styles of the 1980s and 1990s, while others think of visual culture elements such as neon signs, plastic goods, or album covers. While perspectives vary, commonalities that comprise the aesthetics of Hong Kong include fashion, design, film, music, and dance, all reflective of Hong Kong's booming manufacturing industry in the 1960s and frequent exchanges with Asia and abroad. This nurtured a unique Hong Kong culture, blending local and international influences. In May, M+ collaborates with Canton Mambo to create a night with the theme ‘Retro Hong Kong Wave’, an evening celebrating the multifaceted culture of Hong Kong through music, dance, and diverse aspects of visual culture.
